GoldSilver Tracker is a free financial data comparison tool that aggregates commodity prices (gold and silver) from various global markets. The Service provides price data, premium/discount calculations, and market information for informational purposes only. This Service does not provide investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other sort of advice. You should not treat any of the content as such.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for verifying all data with official sources before making any financial decisions. All investment and trading decisions are made at your own risk. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the Service in any way that causes damage to the Service or impairs its availability or accessibility.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

Third-Party Data Sources

The Service aggregates data from third-party sources including but not limited to Metals.dev, GoldAPI, Shanghai Gold Exchange (SGE), Korea Exchange (KRX), Japan Exchange Group (JPX), and Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX). We do not control or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of such third-party data. Your use of third-party data is at your own risk.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide notice. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GoldSilver Tracker operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
